Definitions & Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following defined terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise. Defined terms may appear in singular or plural form without affecting their meaning.

• "Platform" means the rbajy website accessible at rbajy.net, including all sub-pages, game lobbies, sportsbook sections, account management areas, and any mobile-optimised versions thereof.
• "Account" means the personal user account registered by a Player on the Platform, through which the Player accesses games, manages funds, and communicates with rbajy support.
• "Player" / "User" means any individual who has registered an Account on the Platform and meets the eligibility requirements set forth in Section 3 of these Terms.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any sum of money staked by a Player on any casino game, sports event, or other betting activity made available through the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total sum of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise specified.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins equivalents, or non-cash incentives credited to a Player's Account as part of an rbajy promotion, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka (৳), the official currency of Bangladesh and the primary transactional currency of the Platform.
• "Game Provider" means any third-party software supplier whose games are made available on the Platform, including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi.
• "RNG" means Random Number Generator — the certified algorithmic system used by Game Providers to ensure the unpredictability and fairness of game outcomes.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process that rbajy may require any Player to complete before approving withdrawals or in accordance with platform integrity procedures.
• "Force Majeure" means any event beyond rbajy's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet infrastructure failures, natural disasters, acts of government, or third-party service outages.

References to "including" or "such as" are illustrative and not exhaustive. Headings in these Terms are for reference convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of any clause. Where these Terms reference rbajy policies (Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, Bonus Terms), those documents are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the binding agreement between the Player and rbajy.

Acceptance of Terms

Your use of the rbajy Platform constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account.

rbajy reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version of these Terms will always be published at rbajy.net/terms-conditions with the effective date updated accordingly. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

By ticking the acceptance checkbox during registration or by continuing to use the Platform after the effective date of any updated Terms, you represent and warrant that:

1. You are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
2. You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only.
3. You are not acting on behalf of any third party, and your Account funds originate from lawful sources.
4. You have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety, including all incorporated policies.
5. You acknowledge that online gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose the entire amount you deposit.

Account Registration & Eligibility

To access real-money games, sports betting, and withdrawal services on the rbajy Platform, you must register a personal Account. Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one Account. Operating multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of any funds held in duplicate Accounts.

Eligibility Requirements

• Age: You must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration. rbajy may request a government-issued ID, passport, or National ID card (NID) to verify your age at any point.
• Residency: The Platform is primarily designed for players located in Bangladesh. Access from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by local law is the sole responsibility of the Player.
• Legal Capacity: You must not be subject to any court order, guardianship arrangement, or self-exclusion agreement that would prevent you from entering into a binding contract or engaging in gambling activities.
• One Account Per Person: Only one Account is permitted per individual, per household, per device, and per payment method. Circumventing this rule constitutes fraud.

Account Information Accuracy

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration and at all times thereafter. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and Bangladesh mobile number. rbajy may require documentary evidence to verify any information you provide. Providing false or misleading registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of funds.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. rbajy will never contact you asking for your password. You must notify rbajy immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. rbajy accepts no liability for losses resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on the rbajy Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT ৳). rbajy supports a range of payment methods tailored to the Bangladesh market, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank transfers.

Deposits

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳100 via bKash or Nagad mobile money. Minimum deposit amounts may vary by payment method and are displayed at the deposit screen.
• Processing Time: Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to your Account in real time in most cases. Bank transfer deposits may require up to 24 hours during standard business days.
• Deposit Fees: rbajy does not charge fees on deposits. Any charges imposed by your payment provider are outside rbajy's control and are your responsibility.
• Deposit Limits: rbajy may impose deposit limits for responsible gaming purposes or as part of account verification procedures. Players may also set voluntary deposit limits via the Account dashboard.
• Source of Funds: By depositing, you confirm that the funds are from a lawful source and that you are the authorised account holder of the payment method used.

Withdrawals

• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Processing Time: rbajy aims to process withdrawal requests within minutes for bKash and Nagad. Processing times for bank transfers may be up to 3 business days.
• Withdrawal Method: Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible, in accordance with anti-money-laundering best practices.
• Withdrawal Fees: rbajy does not charge fees on withdrawals. The amount you request is the amount credited to your payment account.
• KYC Prerequisite: rbajy may require completion of KYC verification before approving a withdrawal request. Pending verification does not affect the validity of your balance.
• Wagering Requirements: Funds received as Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are set out in the applicable Bonus Terms displayed at the time of bonus activation.

Bonuses & Promotions

rbajy offers a range of promotional incentives to both new and existing Players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, cashback promotions, free spins, and seasonal specials. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are displayed at the point of opt-in or activation and are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible Players who have completed registration, accepted the applicable bonus offer, and met any minimum deposit requirement specified in the promotion details.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the individual promotion terms and typically ranges from 20x to 35x depending on the offer type.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of the staked amount; live casino games and sports bets may contribute at a lower percentage. Contribution rates are detailed in individual promotion terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonus Funds that are not used or wagered within the validity period specified in the promotion terms will expire and be removed from the Account without compensation.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at a time unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses simultaneously may result in bonus cancellation.
• Abuse Prevention: rbajy reserves the right to withhold, reverse, or cancel bonuses and any associated winnings where it reasonably suspects that a Player has exploited or attempted to exploit a promotion, including through matched betting, arbitrage, or use of multiple Accounts.
• Promotional Changes: rbajy reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Such changes do not affect bonuses already validly claimed by Players prior to the change.

Seasonal promotions aligned with Bangladesh cultural events — including Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (December 16), Independence Day (March 26), and major cricket tournaments such as the BPL and T20 World Cup — are subject to the same bonus terms framework described above. Specific promotion pages will display all applicable conditions.

Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the rbajy Platform are supplied by certified third-party Game Providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The rules of each individual game are governed by that game's own help documentation, accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between rbajy's Terms and a Game Provider's rules, rbajy's Terms shall prevail in all matters relating to Account management, payments, and bonuses; Game Provider rules shall govern gameplay mechanics and outcome determination.

Random Number Generator & Game Integrity

All casino games on rbajy use certified RNG systems that produce genuinely random outcomes independent of any Player's betting history, Account status, or the size of their balance. rbajy only partners with Game Providers whose RNG systems are regularly audited by independent testing laboratories. The outcome of any spin, hand, or round is determined at the moment the game action is initiated and cannot be influenced by the Platform, the Player, or any third party after that point.

Malfunction Policy

In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or communication disruption during a game round, rbajy reserves the right to void the affected round and return the staked amount to the Player's Account balance. rbajy is not liable for any losses, including anticipated winnings, arising from game malfunctions caused by technical failures beyond our control. "Malfunction voids all pays and plays" is the operative principle for any interrupted or erroneously completed game round.

Sports Betting Rules

For sportsbook wagers — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, Bangladesh Tigers matches, football, kabaddi, and other available markets — the following general rules apply:

• Bets are void if the event is cancelled or abandoned before the minimum time required for settlement (as specified per sport in the sportsbook rules section).
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to real-time odds and market availability. Once confirmed, in-play bets cannot be cancelled by the Player.
• rbajy reserves the right to limit bet amounts, suspend markets, or void bets in cases of obvious pricing errors or where there is evidence of match manipulation.
• Settlement of winning bets is processed following official confirmation of results from the relevant sporting authority (e.g., ICC, BCB, BPL governing body).

Prohibited Conduct & Account Suspension

rbajy maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward any conduct that undermines the integrity, security, or fairness of the Platform. The following actions constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of Account balances, with or without prior notice:

• Underage Use: Accessing or using the Platform while under 18 years of age, or providing false age information during registration or KYC.
• Multiple Accounts: Operating, controlling, or benefiting from more than one Account, including through the use of different devices, IP addresses, payment methods, or household members acting in coordination.
• Fraudulent Deposits: Using stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulent payment credentials to fund an Account, including unauthorised use of another person's bKash, Nagad, or bank account.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, wager, and withdraw funds for the purpose of disguising the origin of illegally obtained money. rbajy is obligated to report suspicious financial activity in accordance with applicable anti-money-laundering standards.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematically exploiting promotions through matched betting, arbitrage, staking patterns designed to exploit bonus terms, or coordinating with other Players to collectively abuse promotional offers.
• Collusion & Cheating: Colluding with other Players, employees, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including the use of bots, automated scripts, or AI-driven wagering tools.
• Chargebacks: Initiating an unwarranted payment dispute or chargeback with your bank or payment provider for funds that have been legitimately wagered on the Platform. Chargebacks are investigated individually; fraudulent chargebacks will be pursued for recovery of funds.
• Platform Interference: Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, disrupt, or manipulate any element of the rbajy Platform, its software, its APIs, or its game integrations.

Account Suspension & Closure

rbajy reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred or is in progress. Upon closure of an Account for cause, rbajy may withhold the Account balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, rbajy may forfeit the balance in whole or in part. Players who believe their Account has been closed in error may appeal by contacting [email protected] with supporting documentation.

Responsible Gaming Obligations

rbajy is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. Gambling is intended to be an entertaining leisure activity — not a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties. Players are encouraged to gamble only with funds they can afford to lose and to make use of the responsible gaming tools available on the Platform.

• 18+ Policy: rbajy strictly enforces an 18-years-or-older access policy. Players who suspect a minor has accessed their Account must contact rbajy immediately.
• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via the Account dashboard. Once a lower limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase an existing limit are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may configure automatic time alerts and session duration limits to manage the amount of time spent on the Platform per session.
• Loss Limits: A maximum loss limit per day, week, or month can be configured to prevent spending beyond a self-determined threshold during any given period.
• Take a Break (Cooling-Off): Players may request a temporary self-exclusion period (cooling-off) of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During this period, the Account is suspended and no deposits can be made.
• Permanent Self-Exclusion: Players who believe they have a gambling problem may request permanent self-exclusion via the Account dashboard or by emailing [email protected]. Permanent self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum of 12 months.
